1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
3. Return Procedure
Customers must contact us via email indicating their order number.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after receiving the returned product.
6. Defective Products
If a product is defective, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost.
